GENERAL INFORMATION

The Full Day tour of Puno takes place in this magnificent city, which has turned into an ideal destination for Experiential Tourism lovers. This precious city shows its astonishing festivals, traditions and beliefs, which are reflected on the day to day living. Each visitor that comes to Puno shares directly with them and learns their way of life, traditions and customs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • The tour begins with the pick-up of the passengers from a hotel in Puno.
  • Transfer to the pier to take a boat and start the tour to the floating islands, the first island that we will visit is "Uros", during the trip we will witness an amazing and astonishing landscape, once we arrive to the island, we will observe the main activities of the villagers.
  • We continue our trip and travel by boat for approximately 2hours to the "Taquile Island", once we arrive to the island, we will observe how the locals are working textiles.
  • Next, we will enjoy a local typical lunch made by the locals, We will have enough time to enjoy the Island.
  • In the afternoon, once the tour is over, we will take the boat back to the city of Puno, where we will arrive at around 5:00 pm.

Lima – Capital city of Peru.

Lima is located on the central coast of the country. The city is on the shores of the pacific ocean and has an estimated 8, 5 million inhabitants. On January the 18th 1535, the city was founded and was given the name of ”King´s city”. Nowadays, the city is the political, financial, and cultural center of the country. Lima is the third most populous city in Hispanic America and also ranks fifth in the most populous cities in South America.

Cusco – Capital city of the Inca Empire.

Cusco o “Qosqo” which in Quechua means ”Navel of the world”, is a city located in the southeast part of the country and also situated in the eastern part of the Andes mountain chain. Cusco is known as the ”Historic capital of the country”. This is because it was the capital of the Inca Empire. The city boasts several churches, palaces, and squares in baroque and neoclassical styles. All these attractions make Cusco the main touristic attraction in Peru. UNESCO has declared Cusco as a ”World Heritage Site” in 1983.
